I had a sleeve gastrectomy operation 1 year ago and have lost just over 12 and a half stone since then. I am so grateful for this surgery and for Dr Alkhaffaf and the wider team at Celebrate Health for helping me to take back control of my life. I had struggled with my weight for many years and had tried everything to lose it, but nothing worked. I was at my wit's end and was starting to lose hope. Then I heard about sleeve gastrectomy surgery and decided to research it. I was nervous about the surgery at first, but I knew that it was my only chance to lose the weight and get my life back. Dr Alkhaffaf and the team at Celebrate Health were amazing and put all of my fears to rest. They explained the procedure in detail and answered all of my questions. The surgery itself went well and I recovered quickly. I started to lose weight immediately and within a few months I had lost a significant amount. I am now at a healthy weight, of 13 and a half stone and I feel better than ever before. I am so grateful for the sleeve gastrectomy surgery and Dr Alkhaffaf for changing my life. If you are struggling with your weight and have tried everything else, I highly recommend considering sleeve gastrectomy surgery. It is the best decision I ever made. Absolutely fantastic doctor, from the first consultation to now aftercare, I can’t add one negative comment. I had WLS performed by dr Alkhafaff in February 2022, I attended the Alexander hospital in Cheadle, from my first consultation with dr Alkhafaff he was upfront and honest about the whole procedure and managed any expectations I had I left with no doubt I was in the right hands. The day of my surgery I was made to feel completely at ease and my surgery went extremely well with 0 complications, at the start of my weighloss journey I had a BMI of 44 and weighed just under 24stone, fast forward 18 months my BMI is 25.5 and my weight is 12st 11lbs. Surgery has been nothing short of life saving for me, and I am in no doubt that’s because of the fantastic care given by dr Alkhafaff and his whole team. The aftercare has been fantastic and any questions or concerns have been dealt with swiftly and thoroughly. I cannot thank my surgeon enough for what he has done for me he’s completely changed my life
